• Structural Engineer (Class of 2023)

  Responsibility

  • Mainly responsible for formulating the development plan of architecture layout, drawing 3D digital models and 2D drawings, participating in the development of new products and the selection of structures and materials and anti-corrosion treatment according to the requirements of GD&T company. Solve the problems in the process of project development.
  • 1. Be responsible for the whole life cycle architecture layout management of R&D projects such as thermal management and fire prevention and control;
  • 2, according to the development plan, and define the architecture layout development plan, solve the single problem management and track it until it is closed;
  • 3, responsible for establishing and improving the R&D and application project architecture layout design scheme; Establish the structural R&D process system, promote the formulation and improvement of the system process, continuously optimize iteratively, and preserve the specialization, standardization and digitalization of the structural R&D system;

  Job requirements

  • 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering;
  • 2. Skillfully use 3D and Autocad 2D software such as CATIA or UG;
  • 3. Understand IATF16949 quality management system;
  • 4. Have good teamwork ability and high task execution ability, good communication and coordination ability, strong hands-on ability, positive work and strong pressure resistance;
  • 5. Experience in R&D of air conditioning structure, battery thermal management structure and fire prevention and control products is preferred.
